Annual Action Plan 2012 - 2013
This plan represents year three of our five year Strategic Plan for improvement and reflects how the consultation has shaped our objectives for next year.  It also takes a reflective look at our performance in 2010-2011 and how this informs our future improvement.

Strategic Equality Plan 2016-2020
It is the intention of this plan to convey the commitment of the Authority and the Chief Fire Officer to promote equality of opportunity across all Mid and West Wales Fire & Rescue Services functions, policies, practices and procedures and set out how the Service will seek to fulfill this commitment.

Annual Equality Report 2012 - 2013
Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue has firmly positioned equality and diversity as a key component of its corporate strategy and business plan. When our communities begin to see evidence of organisations such as ours driving forward the equality and diversity agenda with demonstrable change, this undoubtedly enhances the attractiveness of those organisations both as an employer and service provider.
