Seven Sisters Fire Station
Seven Sisters Fire Station is situated off Bryndulais Row and provides our Fire & Rescue response to an area from the Cefn Coed Colliery Museum at the bottom of the valley, up to the villages of Banwen and Onllwyn at the head of the valley. Seven Sisters is crewed by On Call (Part Time) Firefighters who live or work within the area and respond to the station when there is an emergency.
The station is led by Deiniol Lloyd who has extensive experience in the Fire & Rescue Service and he is supported by fourteen Firefighters. Seven Sisters fire fighters also assist with the training of the highly popular, Young Fire Fighters, who meet every Tuesday evening at the station and carry out a wide range of exciting fire service activities.
