TEMPORARY COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER CO-ORDINATOR
COMMUNITY SAFETY DEPARTMENT 
SERVICE HEADQUARTERS, CARMARTHEN
GRADE 7 – £25,694 - £27,394

A temporary vacancy for twelve months has arisen for a Community Volunteer Co-ordinator within the Community Safety Department at Service HQ.  This new role will be responsible for expanding the network of Volunteers that the Service works with in order to promote a range of community safety messages and initiatives and to access and support some of the most vulnerable members of the community.

The post is 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday) and will be for an initial period of 12 months.

The post holder will co-ordinate and manage the activities of volunteers who will support community safety and to assist with community cohesion, helping our communities lead safer and healthier lives.

TEMPORARY MARKETING OFFICER

An exciting temporary vacancy exists for a suitably experienced candidate to undertake the role of Marketing Officer, based at Service Headquarters, Carmarthen. The post is for an initial period of six months and is 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday).

The successful applicant will develop and deliver innovative marketing campaigns for Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service which support and endorse the work of the Service and its reputation.

TEMPORARY CLERICAL ASSISTANT
HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT

A temporary vacancy exists for a suitably experienced candidate to provide comprehensive clerical support within the Human Resources Department based at Service Headquarters, Carmarthen. 

The successful applicant will be responsible for undertaking clerical work including scanning and filing, together with a range of other general clerical and administrative tasks, together with providing cover for Reception duties. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.

The post is 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday). This temporary vacancy is to cover maternity leave and will be for an initial period of 6 months.
