Our frontline activities are supported by dedicated staff who carry out a wide range of administrative and technical duties. From Human Resources and Estates, to Procurement and Transport there are a number of different departments within Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service that help to manage and deliver effective frontline fire and rescue activities.
As an organisation we are committed to the continuous development of our support staff. Personnel are encouraged to attend seminars and short courses that help them carry out their duties and keep your competencies up-to-date.
