​Remuneration Committee

The Chief Fire Officer’s Remuneration Committee is responsible for appraising the Chief Fire Officer’s performance in light of the targets agreed, and as a result of this, will determine the appropriate level of remuneration.​​​​​​​

​You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Remuneration Committee to be held in the Tywi Room, Fire Service Headquarters, Carmarthen on Monday 18 March 2013 at 10.00am

4.To resolve, that pursuant to section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972, that the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the reason, that if they were present, it is likely that there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within paragraph 12 of Schedule 12(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, namely information relating to a particular individual
5.To receive and approve the minutes of the Remuneration Panel held on 12 December 2012
6.To undertake a review of the performance of the Chief Fire Officer for the period 1 April 2012 – 31 March 2013
7.Any other items of business that by reason of special circumstances, the Chair decides should be considered as a matter of urgency pursuant to Section 100(4)(b) of the Local Government Act 1972
