​Remuneration Committee

The Chief Fire Officer’s Remuneration Committee is responsible for appraising the Chief Fire Officer’s performance in light of the targets agreed, and as a result of this, will determine the appropriate level of remuneration.​​​​​​​

You are hereby summoned to attend the Chief Officers Remuneration Committee to be held in the Tywi Room, Fire Service Headquarters, Carmarthen on Thursday 21 May 2015 at 15.00

4.To resolve, that pursuant to section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972, that the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the reason, that if they were present, it is likely that there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within paragraph 12 of Schedule 12(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, namely information relating to a particular individual.
5.To receive and approve the minutes of the Remuneration Committee held on 23 March 2015.
6.To Agree the Performance Objectives of the Chief Fire Officer For 2015/16
