    Fire-Service-extend-invitation-to-Royal-Welsh-Show 2014
    ​Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service is getting ready to host a stand at this year’s Royal Welsh Show in Builth Wells, which starts on Monday. The Service is inviting the public to come along to find out more about what they do and pick up information on fire safety and other emergencies. The recruitment team will also be on hand to provide information on on-call firefighting and discuss the many vacancies we currently have available at stations throughout the Service area.

    RTC on the A40
    ​Appliances from Carmarthen and St Clears attended a road traffic collision involving one private motor vehicle on the A40. One person extricated by fire service crews using spreaders, cutters and small gear. One casualty conveyed to hospital via land ambulance with neck injury.
