High Rise Residential Buildings

In the aftermath of the Grenfell Tower Disaster in June 2017, the Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service has through its Business Fire Safety Department been working to
ensure the ongoing safety of residents in High Rise Residential Blocks in both Public and Private sector control within its Service area.

This has been addressed through close consultation and collaboration with the National Fire Chiefs Council, Welsh Government, Local Authorities, other Fire and Rescue Services and Owners / Managing Agents.

This page has been created to provide a repository of information and guidance, derived from a range of sources, relating to in-scope High Rise Residential Buildings. Further information will be added as this becomes available.
