   NB: The paper presented to the Resources Committee on 26th November is attached for information and a further update will be presented to Committee  following the outcome of the meetings with both the Minister and the Treasurers’ of the Unitary Authorities.

4. To consider any other items of business that by reason of special circumstances, the chair decides should be considered as a matter of urgency pursuant to section 100(b)(4) of the local government act 1972.
