Coming Soon – Wales Fire Safety Week 2008, 22 - 26 September
The three Fire and Rescue Services and the charity Atal Tân Cymru / Firebrake Wales, will highlight some of the dangers of fire and what people in Wales can do to prevent them. During the week, ITV Wales will feature stories on safe cooking, smoking and fires and how to make homes and communities safer. The week will focus on preventing fires by having free Home Fire Safety Checks and remembering to check smoke alarms weekly.
Representatives of the Fire and Rescue Service will be available throughout Wales during the week to provide advice on fire safety and arrange free Home Fire Safety Checks.
