Two fire engines were called to a fire at Brynmill, Swansea. The fire was confined to an electricity supply on the first floor and two persons were led to safety from the second floor.

Two fire engines from Powys and one from Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to a fire involving the bedroom of a property which was destroyed by fire at Middletown, Welshpool. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus sets and one hose reel jet.

Two fire engines were called to a road traffic collision which involved two vehicles at Mount Pleasant, Swansea. One person who had suffered spinal injuries was released by firefighters using hydraulic cutting equipment before being conveyed to hospital by ambulance. Police were also in attendance.

Two fire engines were called to a fire involving a ground floor kitchen of a three-storey domestic property at Uplands, Swansea. Four breathing apparatus sets, a hose reel jet and ventilating fan were used to tackle the fire.

Nine fire engines were called to a barn fire at Montgomery where a range of farm buildings were involved in fire. High volume pump, four main jets, three hose reel jets and two ground monitors were used to tackle the blaze.

Two fire engines from Pembrokeshire attended a property at Ludchurch, Narberth where there was a fire involving an oil boiler. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus sets and ventilating fan to tackle the fire and vent the heavily smoke logged property. Two persons were conveyed to hospital by ambulance.
Two fire engines from Powys and two from the South Wales Fire & Rescue Service were called to a road traffic collision on the A470 Storey Arms Road, Brecon.

Two fire engines were called to a road traffic collision involving a transit van and a motorcycle at Dunvant, Swansea. A male casualty who had been trapped was released by firefighters using cutting gear.

Three fire engines from Pembrokeshire attended a road traffic collision involving two motor vehicles on the A487 St David’s road. One person was released by firefighters using cutting gear and conveyed to hospital by air ambulance.

A fire engine was called to attend to a horse that had fallen at Longford, Neath. Firefighters used airbags, lines and JCB to lift the horse to safety.

Two fire engines were called to a property at Mayals, Swansea where a fire which started in a dishwasher spread to the kitchen. Firefighters used four breathing apparatus sets, one hose reel jet and ventilating fan to tackle the fire. Two occupants suffering from smoke inhalation were conveyed to hospital.
