Control Room Staff
The Control Room is an essential part of any emergency service, and is the first point of contact when an emergency situation is reported. Seconds count in a crisis, which is why all calls must be dealt with quickly and in a calm and professional manner. Each operator plays a vital role in the efficient mobilisation of all Fire and Rescue Service personnel and resources.
