Diversity is about understanding difference and valuing and respecting the individuality of all people.
Managing diversity involves recognising and respecting the fact that people come from different backgrounds and they can bring fresh ideas and perspectives working together in harmony to carry out their specific roles makes sound business sense and well as for moral and social reasons.
