You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Fire Authority to be held in the Conference Centre, Fire Service Headquarters, Carmarthen on Monday 27th June 2011 at 11.00am

The following business is proposed to be transacted:

4. To confirm and sign as a true record the minutes of the Fire Authority Meeting held on:

5. To receive and consider the minutes of the People and Organisational Development Committee held on 13th June 2011. (PDF, 57kb)
6. To receive and consider the minutes of the Standards Committee held on 13th June 2011. (PDF, 49kb)
7. To receive a report on the proposed increase to Members Travelling Allowances. (PDF, 90kb)
8. To receive a report regarding Service Review Improvements. (PDF, 35kb)
9. To receive an update report on the Sprinkler Bill progress. (PDF, 21kb)
10. To receive the Standards Committee Annual Report 2010-2011. (PDF, 43kb)

13. Any other items of business that by reason of special circumstances, the Chair decides should be considered as a matter of urgency pursuant to Section 100(B)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972
14. To resolve, that pursuant to section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972, that the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the reason, that if they were present, it is likely that there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within the description of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, namely information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the Authority holding that information)
15. To receive a report on a request for funding to Firebrake Wales.
