QUALITY IMPROVEMENT SUPPORT TEAM

SUMMARY:

Members will note the attached Business Plan from the Quality Improvement Support Team (PDF, 120kb) for the forthcoming fiscal year, 2004/5, which identifies objectives of the Team and individual responsibilities. The officers within the team are:

  • Service Development Officer, Mrs M Rees
  • Best Value Support Officer, Assistant Divisional Officer R Webborn

The Team is supported by the shared resource of a bilingual Grade 1 / 2 Clerk/Typist.
