4. To receive and consider the Performance Management Report for the period April to June 2004.
5. To receive and consider the Complaints Analysis for the period 1st April to 30th September 2004.
6. To consider any other items of business that by reason of special circumstances, the Chair decides should be considered as a matter of urgency pursuant to Section 100(B)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972.
