1. Apologies for Absence and Personal Matters.
2. Declaration by Members of any Personal Interests.
3. To receive and consider the minutes of the Performance and Policy Review Committee Meeting held on 23rd May 2005 (PDF, 159kb).
4. To receive and consider the Best Value Performance Indicator Performance Management Report, for the First Reporting Quarter (April - June 05)
5. To receive and consider a briefing paper on the Publication by the Authority of a Performance Plan for 2005/06, which has to be published by 30th September 2005.
6. To receive a verbal report from Senior Divisional Officer G Ashe on the re-commencement of the Strategic Review of the Training & Development function
7. To consider any other items of business that by reason of special circumstances, the Chair decides should be considered as a matter of urgency pursuant to Section 100(B)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972
8. To resolve, that pursuant to section 100a(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, that the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the reason, that if they were present, it is likely that there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within the description of schedule 12(a)(1) to the Local Government Act 1972, namely information relating to current employees of the Authority.
