STRATEGIC REVIEW OF TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT - UPDATE REPORT
Summary
Members will recall that at the last meeting of the Policy and Performance Review Committee it was reported that the strategic review of Training and Development had recommenced.
The project team is pleased to report that the review is making excellent progress and is ahead of schedule with an early draft report almost complete. This will need a period of internal consultation and challenge and it is anticipated that the final report will be published by the end of the year.
