TENDERS FOR HEADQUARTERS ACCOMMODATION PROJECT

SUMMARY:

The report asks the Resources Committee to reconstitute the Members’ Property Working Group to consider tenders, and allocate the contract, for the HQ accommodation project

None at this stage but a comprehensive risk analysis would be undertaken on all areas should this power be conferred and the Authority subsequently wished to take advantage of this commercial freedom.
