STAGE 4 PAY SETTLEMENT
Summary
NJC Circular 08/05 contains revised salary grades for wholetime and
retained operational staff, together with Control Room staff, reflecting
Stage 4 of the pay settlement at 3.4% with effect from 1 July 2005.Members
should note that budgetary provision has been made for this latest
pay award.
