Retained Duty System (RDS) Employees
The Retained Fire and Rescue Service forms an essential part of the emergency services network and is made up of people from all walks of life who have chosen a career outside of the Fire Service but also wish to serve their community as part of a dedicated team who are ready to face any crisis.

The Service currently has a number of vacancies across Mid and West Wales and is inviting those who are looking for a new challenge and living or working within approximately 5 minutes of their local station, to apply.
