This International Youth Day on Saturday, 12th August, our Fire Cadets will be attending the Fire Cadets Games in Merseyside, joining more than 170 Fire Cadets from across the UK.

On Wednesday, 2nd August Tenby Fire Station held its Open Day inviting the public to visit the station, see what it is like to work for the Fire Service and get involved with a day fill of activities.

Did you know that Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service cover almost 12,000 square kilometres – almost two-thirds of Wales.

On Friday, 28th July Pembroke Dock Fire Station held its Open Day in which the public could visit the station and get involved with a day full of activities.

In June, the Community Safety Team received women's welfare packs to distribute which were kindly donated by Women in the Fire Service UK.

Monday 24 July 2023 saw the launch of the inaugural Wales Wildfire Charter at the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show, Builth Wells.

Four firefighters from Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service will be taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon – in full firefighting kit!
