£95,080.33 raised for The Fire Fighters Charity
Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service (MAWWFRS) recently received a Certificate of Appreciation from The Fire Fighters Charity for its efforts in raising £95,080.33 for the charity in 2020/2021.

Fire at a commercial garage in Gwaun Cae-Gurwen
At 09:27pm, last night, Thursday 19th August 2021, Joint Fire Control received the first call to a fire at a privately owned commercial garage in Gwaun Cae-Gurwen and mobilised crews from Amman Valley, Pontardawe, Ammanford, Morriston, Tumble and Llanelli to the incident.
