Pembroke Dock Open Day was a huge success.

On Friday, 28th July Pembroke Dock Fire Station held its Open Day in which the public could visit the station and get involved with a day full of activities.

There was a wide variety of entertainment which included face painting, refreshments, DJ, raffle, cakes stall, the opportunity to meet our friendly Service mascot Sbarc and much more.

Over the course of the day, the station’s crew held three live demonstrations, these included a rescue from height, a Road Traffic Collision (RTC) scenario and a search from Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) dog Cooper and his handler, each keeping the crowd captivated throughout.

The Open Day was full of fun and proved to be a resounding success, raising a whopping £1101.86 all in aid of The Fire Fighters Charity.

We would like to thank everyone who got involved and supported the day.
