Agricultural Building Fire in Haverfordwest

At 7.23pm on Tuesday, January 31st, crews from Machynlleth, Montgomery, Welshpool, Llanfair Caereinion and Llandrindod Wells were called to an incident at Berriew.

An agricultural building measuring 20m x 20m was on fire, the building’s roof had collapsed so a ground monitor was used, as well as 3 hose reel jets, 2 main jets and main branches were used.  Crews dampened down using 2 hose reel jets.

The fire was extinguished and the occupier was advised it may continue to smoulder and that the building is unsafe.  No casualties have been reported.

Crews left the scene at 12.22am on Wednesday, February 1st.
