The Plan outlines five Improvement and Well-being Objectives which will be delivered over the coming 12 months and will focus on:
- Developing our people and creating a diverse workplace that is attractive to join,
- Looking at new ways to positively impact our communities,
- Continuing our journey towards becoming Net Zero by 2030,
- Embedding opportunities to capture, communicate and implement all aspects of organisational learning,
- Continuing with our work on the development of community risk management focussed improvements, objectives, and initiatives,
We are confident that these objectives will enable us to continue to evolve, in order to meet the ever-changing needs of the communities we serve, and deliver an effective, efficient and world class service, keeping you and your families safe.
