Service Partnership with Guide Dogs UK

On Thursday, May 18th, we welcomed the beautiful Bonnie, a seven-month-old Guide Dog puppy in training, to our Service Headquarters!

As well as bringing a smile to members of our HQ staff, this visit was part of a wider safeguarding partnership with Guide Dogs UK to upskill our Service teams who work with people in the communities we serve with a visual impairment. 

This partnership will also work to raise awareness of guide dogs within Wales.
