You will be able to contribute to the Firefighters Pension Scheme (Wales 2015) from your induction day. Current rate as a Competent Firefighter, Employee pays 12.9% and Employer pays 27.3% of your salary.
You will be entitled to 28 days annual leave a year, rising to 35 days after 5 years of continuous employment.
