Last week, members of Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service (MAWWFRS) attended the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show in Builth Wells.
It was a fun packed four days with plenty of activities for children and young people to take part in, including Sbarc colouring sheets, try on a firefighter’s kit, Sbarc tattoos, a chance to take part in our ‘Electrical Dangers’ competition and much more!
MAWWFRS stand, situated in the perfect location saw a lot of footfall. Our Community Safety members were on hand with free safety advice and guidance, as well as promoting partnership working with members of the RNLI, GoSafe and Dyfed Powys Police in the tent giving vital safety advice.
There were some great photo opportunities to be had at the dress up as a firefighter area or posing with our lovable mascot Sbarc!
We want to thank everyone who visited our stand. We hope you've had a safe and enjoyable week and look forward to seeing you all again next year!
