At 10.48am on Tuesday, March 17th, the Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service crews from Swansea Central, Neath and Pontardawe Fire Stations were called to an incident at Riverside Drive in Neath.
Crews responded to one private motor vehicle that had entered a canal with two casualties inside. A wading team was deployed to extricate the casualties from the partially submerged vehicle. Both casualties were assessed by Ambulance Service personnel.
Crews left the scene at 11.18am.
