At 8.52am on Saturday, October 19th, Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service crews from Swansea Central and Swansea West Fire Stations were called to an incident in Cwmbwrla, Swansea.
Crews responded to a fire within a detached property measuring approximately 10metres by 15metres. The property’s ground floor was used as a bakery with a private domestic flat on the first floor. The fire was located in the first floor flat and crews utilised two breathing apparatus sets, one hose reel jet, one main jet, triple extension ladders and thermal imaging cameras to extinguish the fire.
Crews left the scene at 10.24am.
