At 11.48am on Friday, January 24th, the Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service crews from Llandysul and Carmarthen Fire Stations were called to an incident in Capel Iwan in Newcastle Emlyn.
Crews responded to a fire involving a storage container, measuring approximately 40 feet by 8 feet. The fire was confined to a generator within the container and crews utilised one hose reel jet, two breathing apparatus sets, one thermal imaging camera and one positive pressure ventilation fan to extinguish the fire.
After the fire was extinguished, crews continued to dampen down at the scene before leaving at 12.57pm.
