At 8.56am on Monday, January 6th, the Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service crew from Crickhowell Fire Station was called to an incident in Llanwenarth in Abergavenny.
Assisted by South Wales Fire and Rescue Service crews, the crew responded to one private motor vehicle stuck in floodwater, with casualties inside the vehicle. Crews utilised a wading team and a boat to rescue the casualties from the vehicle. Crews left the scene at 9.57am.
