Fire and Rescue Service urges public to stay safe during extreme heat
Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service (MAWWFRS) is urging people to take extra care during the current spell of extreme heat, following the Met Office issuing a Red Extreme Heat Warning for parts of Wales and forecasts of record-breaking temperatures in the coming days.

Incident Command Level 1 Course Successfully Completed by Six Candidates
From 1st – 5th June, Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service’s (MAWWFRS) Incident Command Team (ICS) successfully delivered an Incident Command Level 1 Course at Port Talbot Fire Station, with six candidates completing the intensive five-day programme.
