What are Fire Cadet Instructors?
Fire Cadet Instructors deliver an All-Wales Award one Programme to young people across the Service area. You don’t need to have firefighting experience, just a willingness to make a difference to the young people in the community. You must be aged 18 and over to undertake this role.

We rely on our instructors to help deliver an effective Fire Cadet Programme to our recruits. and make our region safer from fire. To be considered, you will need to demonstrate that you share our core values and be prepared to commit to the level of training required to meet the demands of the role.
